(1 Silo at 7000 m3 and 2 silo at 8000 m3).

We would like to ask about rebar protection at wall and slab pile phase to avoid corrosion.

According to MoM No. 106/MOM-OE/MUTIP P1/XII/2022, related to Tunnel 3, Road Q-R4, U-

1. Assume that there will be having tunnel 3
Duct, and Looping Road work, we found problems in between:
(Although, there is a possibility that Tunnel-3 may
not be under MUTIP)

1. Preliminary:
 OE informed that he need the draft of cost Contractor; Info
escalation as soon as possible, because ITDC OE
would like to check those cost escalation
calculation so it can be discussed with the ITDC
top management.
2. GWT:
 Pak Rangga informed that the East and West CMC; ITDC Info
GWT to be constructed until 3 tanks each, as per
Pak Wahyu information from Weekly Meeting
Week 79, to overcome the Contractor’s cost
underrun.
 Contractor informed that they will re-calculate if all Contractor Info
tanks of East and West GWT will be constructed,
because it will exceed MUTIP-1 time for
completion.
 OE informed that if all tanks of the GWT East and ITDC Info
West will be constructed, it should be decided by
ITDC as soon as possible, because it is related
with the Contractor’s time for completion.
 Contractor asked regarding the protection of the Contractor; Info
silo 2 bore pile at West GWT and OE explained it OE
can be protected by precast like RCP (temporary)
with the same level of the embankment.
3. P4-P5:
 Pak Agus ITDC asked regarding the new design PMC Info
of the roundabout at the end of P4-P5 road (right
before the obstacle area) and PMC informed that
they have already reply Contractor’s RFI
regarding the roundabout design.
 Contractor informed that they have already Contractor Open
receive the PMC’s reply of the roundabout design
and will submit the shop drawing.
4. Crossing Utility Duct at Q-R4:
 PMC informed that they have already reply PMC Info
Contractor’s RFI regarding the crossing utility
duct location at the Q area, where it is located in
front of PP7 entrance with the consideration of

Tunnel 3 construction (will break the Q-R4 rigid
pavement).
 If the crossing utility duct located as mentioned ITDC; OE Open
above, Contractor asked regarding the instruction
from ITDC and OE to break the rigid pavement of
Q-R4.
 Pak Agus ITDC informed that he will discuss it ITDC 10/01/23 Open
with internal team of ITDC to make sure the
construction of the Tunnel 3, and will be decided
in the next weekly meeting.
5. Ngolang:
 Contractor informed that they have already Contractor Open
conduct the re-test of the Ngolang clean water
supply and will submit the official test report soon.
 Pak Rangga CMC informed that some of the in- All Parties Info
house water supply at Ngolang is clogged and it
should be discussed with the house’s contractor.
 Regarding the Ngolang embankment, OE OE; CMC; Info
explained the engineering solution to stabilize the Contractor
embankment area that not in accordance with the
quality specification of MUTIP-1, and it is by drill
some of the embankment area and fill it with the
gravel. However, the SPT should be conducted
first in order to know the quality of the
embankment before stabilizing that area.
 Pak Rangga CMC informed that there is a All Parties Info
statement from Pak Rusdi (the embankment
contractor) that he cannot follow the embankment
quality specification of the MUTIP-1 because they
have no idea how to do it and they have no
money.
 OE informed that if the embankment contractor OE; Info
cannot achieve the quality specification of Contractor
MUTIP-1, they will not receive the rest of the
amount of the embankment payment.
6. Nurul Bilad Mosque:
 Pak Agus ITDC informed that MD ITDC team will ITDC Open
discuss the detailed scope of work for the Nurul
Bilad Mosque renovation, and once the scope of
work is decided ITDC will send an instruction
regarding this renovation.
 Regarding the skylight roof, Contractor informed Contractor Info
that the as built drawing of the skylight is different
with the actual condition of the roof, and will ask
the renovation vendor regarding the repair of the
skylight roof.
7. Parking 6:
 Contractor informed that they have already make Contractor 05/01/23 Open
a comparison regarding the parking space at
Parking 6 actual condition with the original design
and will send it to OE and ITDC.
 Pak Agus ITDC informed that once Contractor ITDC; Info
send their comparison regarding the parking Contractor

8. Schedule:
 Contractor asked regarding the possibility of the All Parties Info
extension of time of their contract due to the
additional works from ITDC.
 OE informed that there is possible if Contractor All Parties Info
propose the extension of time, however the final
decision of the extension of time still by ITDC,
which OE can only give a recommendation.
