NPCE285x_295x Embedded Controller with Ultra-Low Power

Mode and 132 KB RAM
General Description
The NPCE285x_295x is a family of highly integrated embedded controller (EC) devices with an embedded RISC core and
integrated advanced functions. It is targeted for a wide range of portable applications and provides best-in-class, complete
EC functionality. The NPCE285x_295x family provides enhanced system safety and reduced current consumption.
It is a pin-to-pin compatible drop-in replacement to the previous Nuvoton families of EC devices, requiring only minor firm-
ware changes.
