JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF INHERITANCE

We, MARY ROSE ROSETE ANURAN and MARILOU

SERRANO ROSETE, both of legal age, Filipinos, and with common
address at 438 F. Santos Street, Pasolo, Valenzuela City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and aver, THAT:

1.) We are one of the surviving legal heirs of the late ROMULO
GAJOTA ROSETE, who died on July 27, 2007, at Lung Center of
the Philippines, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City;

2.)At the time of his death, he left a parcel of lot covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. Y-93610, with Registry of Deeds of
Valenzuela City City;

3.)Hence, as one of the lawful heirs of the subject parcel of lot under
TCT No. Y-93610, we hereby certify under oath that we are
legitimate one of surviving legal heirs of the deceased ROMULO
GAJOTA ROSETE;

4.)In view thereof, we have caused the preparation of this

instrument in compliance with the requirements of Maynilad
Water Services in connection with the process of our application
of water line at the above-stated real property; and

5.) We are executing this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and to inform the authorities for all legal intents
and purposes it may serve.
