AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I, DANILO G. LIWANAG, of legal age, Filipino, and presently residing at

288 Francisco Compound, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law do hereby deposes and avers, THAT:

1.) I am the Lessee of a parcel of land covered by TCT No. V-53665,

containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY (530) SQUARE
METERS, situated in Malinta, Valenzuela City, under the Contract of
Lease dated August 4, 2022, with MARIA ROSA N. VILLAFLOR
(Lessor);

2.) My grandson Clark Chester L. Perez asked me if he allowed to use

the FIFTY (50) SQUARE METERS portion of the aforementioned
property for his Vulcanizing Shop;

3.) I am granting my grandson Clark Chester L. Perez for using the

50sq.m. portion of the real property for free and without monthly
collection of rentals;

4.) I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing set
of statements and to inform the authorities thereof for all legal
intents and purposes it may serve.
