THE THIRSTY CROW (6)

One hot day, a sunny day, a crow flew over the land.

“ He was searching for the water,

for the water , for the water.

He was searching for the water because he so thirsty..”

He looked far and wide. But he could not find some water
anywhere. I am so tired , I am so tired. “Where is the water, where is the
water?? I am so thirsty!!”

The thirsty crow was about to give up. Then he saw a water jug.
He looked inside. There was still some water at the bottom of the jug!

The crow tried to reach inside the jug for a drink. But the mouth of
the jug was too small. The crow could not reach the water.

He tried to push the jug over. But the jug was too heavy.

Then he tried to break the jug. That also did not work.

The crow was dizzy . The crow was weak because he want to drink the
water.
Then he had a clever idea. He picked up a small stone and
dropped it into the jug. The water inside the jug rose a little. He dropped
another stone in. Again the water rose.

One small stone, Two small stone, Three small stone, Four small
stone, Five small stone, six small stone, The water in the jug was rising

At last the crow could drink. The crow drank until he was no
longer thirsty. His idea work!

The moral values from the story are :

- Clever ideas can help you get what you need.
