INTRODUCTION

MINT RELIEF RUB

People nowadays are very busy.They are experiencing different problems brought about
by the demands of their day to day activities , some experience muscle pains and headaches that
would hinder them from their works. Students, also experience difficulties in their studies and
they become less active day by day because of the pains they undergo.

In line with this matter, the researchers decided to create a relief rub that would be able to
reduce and sooth the pain. This relief rub contains mint, beeswax, ginger oil and other
ingredients.

The mint rub would be an effective pain reliever to minimize if not totally remove the
body pains. The main ingredient of this rub is a mint that contains menthol, a natural aromatic
decongestant that helps break up phlegm and mucus, to grow and it helps cool, relieve pain,
indigestion, headache and sore muscles.

The researchers agreed to use organic oil like ginger and olive oil. They are also used as a
natural scent in our homemade cosmetics or product and gives a high quality of natural product.
Pain Relief rub is a hand carry product which is also convenient to place anywhere. Its scent is
long lasting and it is not dangerous to rub in your head or in your body.

METHODOLOGY

The materials used are mint, olive oil, ginger oil, beeswax, a spoon and a sauce pan.

First, put the mint in boiling water and get the extract of the mint or crush it. Add olive oil and
ginger oil and mix it thoroughly. Add beeswax to the mixture. After that heat it up in a sauce pan
in low temperature. Lastly, put it in a container and let it cool.

The researchers have created a mint relief rub which contains mint, olive oil, ginger oil
and beeswax. This rub would be beneficial to different people experiencing different pains like
backaches, headaches and many more. This is helpful to have a relaxing aroma and it aloso
relieves muscle pains, sprains, colds, dizziness, itchiness, and insect bites.

The researchers first put in mint in boiling water. Then, got the extract of the mint by
crushing it. Next, add olive and ginger oil to the extract. After that, mix it thoroughly and heat it
up adding the beeswax and letting it melt. Lastly, put it in a container and let it cool. Then, its
ready to use and apply.
