ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This is to acknowledge the receipt of THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND PESOS (Php

39,000.00) FROM MR. JUAN DELA CRUZ as RESERVATION FEE and thereby
representing TWO MONTHS DEPOSIT and ONE MONTH ADVANCE for the lease of
Unit C, situated at National Road, Taytay Rizal.

The abovementioned RESERVATION FEE is non-refundable and non-

transferable and is paid by the LESSEE to confirm the lease. Cancellation and/or failure
of the LESSEE to comply with the foregoing payment terms shall result in the automatic
cancellation of the LEASE, forfeiture of the RESERVATION FEE, DEPOSIT, ADVANCE
PAYMENT or any amount delivered by LESSEE under this contract, at the option of the
LESSOR. Any concerns moving forward shall be coursed through the LESSOR by the
LESSEE in writing and must be acknowledged by the latter otherwise invalid.
