1) Classroom teachers will Running Record Data June 2022

check/monitor weekly
progress with the classroom
teachers by looking at
anecdotal data and guided
reading notes.
2) Classroom teachers will
assess students’ reading
performance every 5 to 6
weeks. They will administer
fluency and comprehension
running records to monitor
student progress based on
guided instructions. In
addition, classroom teachers
will adjust guided reading
groups accordingly.
3) Third grade students who are
performing below second
grade reading benchmark will
receive tutoring 45 minutes
twice weekly by the
classroom teachers. (ADA)
4) Tutoring for third grade
students will be monitored
weekly through
walkthroughs, virtual
check-in and discussion with
teachers. (ADA)
5) There will be an attendance
monitoring to ensure students
participate in the assigned
tutoring sessions. (ADO)
6) Director will facilitate weekly
discussion during admin
meetings about student
progress towards reading
mastery. (Director)
7) Provide student of the month
incentives for students
demonstrating progress
towards meeting their goals.
