PRODUCTION PLAN

The production plan presents or describes activities related to the

production of goods including the Production Schedule, Production Process,

Processing Plant and Equipment, Sources of Materials, and Production Cost.

Production Schedule

The goal of our schedule is to produce 50 to 60 pieces of chick-in-ring

to produce 5 to 7 packs per day, costing us 600 to 800 pesos for our

ingredients. Our group consists of 6, therefore we will need to contribute 200

pesos per person in order to have enough money to purchase our ingredients.

We estimated that some students would be interested in our product due to

our chick-in-ring's appetizing and crispy appearance and the fact that chick-in-

rings can be consumed for both breakfast and lunch, we decided to produce

50+ pieces daily so we can sell 6 packs a day. We can also sell it in pieces so

that everybody can afford to buy it.

We actually cannot guarantee that they will purchase this product but

given the fact that most of us enjoy eating chicken, our "chick-in-ring" is

predicted to have a significant market impact at Laguna State Polytechnic

University.

Production Process

Chick-in-ring is a nutritious alternative food. Every student benefit from its

ease, especially those at LSPU. Therefore, these are the processes for

creating chick-in-ring, which may be done at home.

Step 2. Chop the 50 garlic into tiny pieces, prepare the boiled potato, and also

chop the 2 chicken breasts into smaller pieces.

Step 3. Put 1 boiled potato, 2 chopped chicken breasts, and 1 tbsp. minced

garlic, 2g salt, 0.5g of black pepper, 20g bread crumbs, and 50g onion to the

bowl and then put it into the grinder.

Step 4. Grind it until you get the right texture. Put it in a piping bag and

squeeze it into a ring shape to a flat container then put it in the freezer for

about an hour.

Step 5. After freezing, apply cornstarch evenly, dip it into the eggs and cover it

in bread crumbs

Step 6. Now fry it in preheated oil. Don’t put the heat too high and too low,

watch it until it turns brown.

Step 7. After that put it on a plate or container and enjoy it.

It is easy to make chicken rings you just need complete ingredients and

materials to make them. You can eat chicken rings without or with any sauce

or ketchup you want.
