Work history

- January 2014 to March 2016

El Ciclón Hotel, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Hotel Receptionist

Working in this small local 30 bed hotel as a receptionist saw me manning a front
desk during my shift to be a point of contact for guests. I would take check in
details and issue keys. I would answer the phone and advise guests on availability
and suitability, and take bookings. I would also arrange wake up calls for guests.

- January 2014 to March 2016

El Ciclón Hotel, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Food and Beverage Attendant

Working in the Restaurant of the Hotel I would ensure guests were provided
different foods each day, set up and clean the dining room, clean and maintain
food bars during service, set up temperature of the coolers and freezers and clean
the kitchen room and utensils used for cooking and eating.
- October 2012 to January 2014
Los Santos Bar, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Waiter

Working in this beautiful bar I provided friendly and fast service. I would manage
closing duties, including restocking items and reconciliation of the cash drawer. I
demonstrated awareness of liability issues and the law by confirming legal drinking
age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests. I would also inquire about
guest satisfaction, anticipate additional needs, and happily fulfil requests.

- January 2013 to January 2014

Los Santos Bar, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Kitchen hand

During my first experience within the hospitality industry, I would wash dishes and
other utensils, stock supplies including food and utensils, clean garbage cans and
maintain work areas, prepare individual place settings and sweep and scrub floors
and windows.

Experience in New Zealand

During 2010 I lived in New Zealand on a Working Holiday Visa. Among many work
positions I had the most remarkable experiences were the following: two months as
a kitchen hand in The Rydges hotel (Queenstown), three months as a waiter in
Redcliffe Cafe (Te Anau) and a month as a housekeeper at Kingsgate Hotel (Te
