has examined your application and is not satisfied with it for the following reasons:

1 Principal Place of Business - Nature of Possession - Others (Please specify) - Please upload an affidavit
by the consenter/owner of the declared premises sworn before an executive magistrate declaring that the
premises is not given on rental/ Leave and licence/Lease basis and is given rent free to the applicant .
This is required as possession by consent is acceptable only if the premises is not taken on rental/ Leave
and licence/Lease basis in terms of Notification 03/2017-CT dated 19.06.2017.
2 Additional Place of Business - Nature of Possession - Others (Please specify) - The applicant has not
declared Additional Place of Business and the Place of Business is a residential unit, then Pl clarify how
the applicant is going to store, remove goods, maintain records etc., and how the declared place
Conforms to the definition of Principal/Place of Business in terms of Section 2(89)/2(85) of CGST Act,
2017.
