Equatorial Communications Customer Orange Money Payment Flow.

Step – 1
A customer Works into an Equatorial Communications Wi-Fi coverage area with any
Wi-Fi enable device (smart phone, tablet, computer, etc.)

Step – 2

The customer selects our Service Set Identifier (SSID) from a list of available SSID and the
customer is immediately redirected to the payment splash page. If the customer already has a
voucher, he can she can enter the voucher code and gain direct access to the Internet. If the
customer does not yet have a voucher, the customer can purchase an Internet access bundle
using Orange Mobile Money. (It should be noted that we have additional SSIDs for PayPal and
Credit Cards)
If the customer does not yet have a voucher code, he or she can purchase a payment bundle using
Orange Money by clicking on the “Payer avec Orange Money” button. The dropdown button
reveals all the available Internet access bundles.

(OTP Request)

It is important at this point for the customer to Generate a payment code (OTP) before
proceeding. Instructions on how to get the OTP code is posted on the screen as seen on the
caption below.
From the customer’s mobile phone, key in the following: #150*4*4#, enter the password and
click enter. The customer’s then follows the instruction to receive a payment code.
The payment code together with the customer’s mobile phone number will be used in the next
steps to buy Wi-Fi internet bundle.
Step – 3

The customer then selects the Internet bundle and clicks on the pay here with orange money
button, a new window opens. The customer then enters his or her orange money mobile number
and the payment code. It should be noted that for testing purpose, we obtained a payment code
using the Sandbox payment simulator.
Step – 4

The payment is then confirmed

Step – 5

After the payment is confirmed, the customer then clicks as indicated to be receive a payment
code. However, the customer is automatically granted Internet access and is redirected to an
Internet portal such as Google or Yahoo for happy web surfing.
