I. PURPOSE
To ensure the agency plan, policies, systems and processes are geared toward the
achievement of organizational and learners outcomes of Panaon Elementary
School .Pursuant to Rac9155 or the Governance of basic Education Act of 2001 and the RA
10533 and the DepEd Order no. 029,s 2022 adoption of the basic education monitoring
and evaluation framework to guide DepEd operating units across governance level in the
conduct of monitoring and evaluation M & E to improve the quality of basic education.

II. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES


Improve school and students performance performance thru attendance to various
seminar/ workshop training travel ,implement prior years PPA’s .Provide basic services to
ensure smooth school operations.

III. SCOPE

Panaon Elementary School like other organizations, It identifies functions of 23


teaching and non teaching personnel with 575 learners that articulate the Monitoring and
Evaluation processes and its coverage MOOE budget of P561,450.00 yearly

IV. DATA COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT


To determine the factors and to undertake M & E activities of Panaon
Elementary School . Ethical consideration is our utmost priority in gatherings
data thru onsite . Four groups will split to easy colecting of data with leader and
team member to manage and keep such data for analysis later.

IX. REPORTING, DISSEMINATION & UTILIZATION


The 3 P’s posters, presentation and papers of dissemination to stakeholders and
personnel . In addition to SMEPA all the project teams must come up on one consolidated
into one M & E activities which should be kept in the SBM Corner and displayed in
conspicuous place of the school.

(Final Note: The SGOD-SMME provides this to aid schools in the crafting of their School
M&E Plan as per DO 029, s. 2022. You may localize this M&E Plan based on your needs.
You can place it in your school’s stationery template as per the DepEd Manual of Style
[DMOS] and the DepEd Service Marks and Visual Identity Manual [DSMVIM]. This Plan
may be adjusted based on results of progress monitoring. The year-end results will serve as
input in developing or improving this Plan in subsequent school years of the SIP—year 2
and year 3.)
