    This is to certify that Calbayog City Coastal Road, an unclassified road, located at Brgy.
    San Policarpo – Brgy. Aguit-itan – Brgy. Rawis is within the Department’s Standards for
    National Roads & Bridges, with the required 20 meters Road Right-Of-Way (RROW) limit. It is
    implemented by the Regional Office VIII and Samar First District Engineering Office and has
    the following road inventory data, to wit;
