services were engaged to collect from you the amount due and payable arising from the
promissory note you executed in favor of our client on September 3, 2022. A copy of the
promissory note is attached as reference.
This letter will serve as formal notice that you are in default of your obligation to pay ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000) with accrued interests of TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000).
The obligation to pay the total amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P120,000) has become due and demandable and despite repeated demands to pay, you have
continuously failed to do so.
Should you fail to pay (Unless payment of the above amount is received by us in full) within
10 calendar days from receipt of this letter, we will have no other choice (alternative) but to
resort (exercise) whatever rights and to the remedies we have available under the law to enforce
payment which include but are not limited to the filing of the appropriate action in court for the
payment of the sum demanded(against you to recover the above amount, together with
accrued interests and legal expenses),

CONTRACT OF LEASE

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the LESSEE agrees to
leas the property, subject to the following conditions:
1. PURPOSE: The leased property shall only be used by the LESSEE for residential
purposes and not for any other purpose. The use of the LESSEE of the leased property for
purposes other than for his residence shall give the LESSOR the right to rescind the
contract of lease, without prejudice to other remedies which the LESSOR may have
under the law.
2. TERM: The term of lease shall be ONE YEAR from SEPTEMBER 1, 2022 TO
SEPTEMBER 1, 2023. Upon expiration of the term, the lease may be renewed under
such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the parties, written notice of the
intention to renew the lease shall be served to the LESSOR not later than 10 DAYS prior
to the expiration of the lease.
3. RENT: The rent shall be TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000) per month, Philippine
currency, to be paid on the first day of every month

We are writing to you on behalf of our client Ms. Maria Makiling. Our services were
engaged for the collection of a sum of money in relation to a promissory note which you have
executed in favour of our client dated 12 June 2022. A copy of the promissory note is attached
for your reference.
This letter shall serve as formal notice that you are in default of your obligation to pay the
amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000) with Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000) as
accrued interests.
That the total obligation of One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (P150,000) is now overdue and
