    Dear, Ma’am,

    Greetings!
    Regarding the Tax Liabilities of Golden Tower Steel Trading Corporation, I am
    desperately trying to fix these problems to avoid any legal consequences that may
    affect the operation of the said establishment. I know that the company has many
    unsecured documents pertaining to BIR requirements that the company’s accountant
    should account for this.
    Moreover, the Company can no longer provide the documents that need to be
    submitted due to the negligence of our accountant. Nevertheless, I am willing to settle
    the company’s tax liabilities.
    I am in a position to offer PhP6,000,000.00 towards settling this problem,
    including the Oplan Kandado, Inventory and the 2019 case.
