What is your company mission, vision, and goals?

What are the difference between mission, vision?

Vision is an aspiring description of what you would like to achieve in the long-term future or should I
say it is also an inspiring description of exactly where the business wants to go in the long term
future. Where do the business wants to go and how do you see your business.

Mission defines the company business, its approach to reach the Vision. The directions, the goals,
the strategy, all in order to achieve the vision.

What kind of strategies the company needs to undertake to meet their mission, vision, and goals of
the company?

An organization’s vision and mission combined offer a broad, overall sense of the organization’s
direction. To work toward achieving these overall aspirations, organizations also need to
create goals—narrower aims that should provide clear and tangible guidance to employees as
they perform their work on a daily basis. The most effective goals are those that are

Specific,

Measurable,

Achievable,

Realistic, and

Time-bound.

Specific if it is explicit rather than vague.

this means providing our customers with a friendly caring experience that will relieve
their minds.

A goal is measurable to the extent that whether the goal is achieved can be
quantified.

When we say achievable setting organizational goals that are easy to reach encourages
employees to work just hard enough to reach the goals.

A goal is aggressive if achieving it presents a significant (as opposed to easy)

challenge to the organization.

Realistic this is a goal that must be feasible for employees to embrace it.
committed to growing responsibly and ensuring that it is an environmentally
sustainable place.

Most of us have found that deadlines are motivating and that they help you structure
your work time. The same is true for organizations, leading to the conclusion that
goals should be time-bound through the creation of deadlines. This means will
organizations takes a new challenges?
