Laboratories licensed to conduct activities

with cannabis
The table below contains a list of laboratories that have a current Dealers Licence under the Narcotic
Control Regulations and who are licensed to conduct activities with cannabis. This may include
analytical testing for persons who fall under the following Section 56 exemption:

Section 56 Class Exemption for registered persons and individuals responsible for them or
authorized persons to provide, deliver, transport or send fresh and dried marihuana and
cannabis oil to Licensed Dealers for the purpose of analytical testing

Be sure to contact the laboratory directly before you send your fresh or dried marijuana or cannabis
oil. You should find out what testing they offer, how much the tests will cost, and how much fresh or
dried marijuana or cannabis oil is needed for an accurate result.

In addition, the laboratory may have individual requirements for product submissions. Note that any
cannabis sent to a licensed dealer cannot be returned.

Please note that Health Canada does not accredit the laboratory testing procedures or
methods used by these licensed dealers.
