I'm the sales manager for SoGood health drink.

Our company has been selling


SoGood for more than half century and one of the first companies to sell health drinks. Our
majority of buyers are older people; they are generation who started drinking it as children.
But apparently, our sales are declining as the older market dies and not being replaced by
new buyers. So, starting from now on, we are aiming to get new buyers which ranging from
teenagers to young adults. As for how, we planned on changing the formula of the drink.
Also, we are going to add more vitamins so it would provide most of the vitamins that people
need every day. As for the flavors, we’ll provide four varieties of fruit flavors; they are
strawberry, grape, orange, and apple, with their own respective colors.

I'm XXX, from packaging department. Presently, our product SoGood is sold in dark
brown glass bottles. This current design looks very old-fashioned. Even though it’s
trustworthy for the present buyers, it has the weakness of unable to show off our next formula
which is colorful. To resolve this, we are going to change our design into a modern looking
transparent glass design. This design looks fashionable and will attract our new buyers. While
it has the risks of alienating the present buyers, we aren’t worried since we are targeting for
different markets. Besides, they will eventually know of it as our popularity rose and the
markets expanded. Next is XXX, who is responsible for the distribution of SoGood.

Okay, I'm XXX from the distribution sector. Since the founding of our company, Stay
Well, we have been selling SoGood through pharmacies. This limited our expansion because
teenagers and young adults rarely go to pharmacies, so majority of them didn’t know of our
product. Since we want these people to become our new buyers, we decided that we will start
selling SoGood in a popular national supermarket chain. The reasons are because they often
hanging out there and they will spot our product when they go shopping. While we have to
lower the price, following the demand of the company, we could increase our sales
dramatically. Then, we can start selling them through bars and pharmacies again from the
next year. Next is about the price of SoGood.

I'm XXX, the one in charge of pricing SoGood. As explained before, we’ll give our
product some improvements. This, of course, will make SoGood more expensive to produce.
To cover this, we aimed to increase our sales throughout this year. According to market
research, teenagers and young adults are more likely to buy what is fashionable rather than
cheap. Based on this, we are confident in increasing our sales while maintaining a good
amount of profits, even though we have to lower the price a bit. As for the price we agreed on,
it is Rp 10.000. While it’s not very cheap, it’s still affordable for teenager and young adults.
