Dear Ms Norizzati,

I am Amirul Khairi, a manager of YOUME Communications. First of all, thank you for
writing to us. We are sorry and sincerely apologize to hear that our service did not meet your
expectations.

In your email, you state that your internet connection has been bad for these past weeks even
you are subscribed the Platinum Internet plan and pay for RM299 monthly for the 800Mbps.
It appears that the connectivity issues you experienced were caused by a malfunction on our
server. Poor connectivity is also the most likely because of your inability to save your
updates. Our team has identified the source of the issue and is working actively to implement
a fix. We estimate that the problem will be fully resolved within the next hour. I will reach
out directly to let you know as soon as your access is restored.

You also stated that you cannot reach out for our customer service outline. Further, we will
be migrating to new servers within the next two months, which will provide further stability
to our service.

Please accept our most sincere apologies. Given the unfortunate experience, you had here at
the YOUME Communications, we would like to give you the free Platinum Internet plan for
three months for your next purchasing plan. We hope that your internet connection will be
