ornaments, clothing or other goods.

 Meeting of all class representatives: 12 June at 2.30p.m. in the school hall.


 Volunteers needed to man computer games stalls and Dracula’s Castle of
Horror.
 Clowns wanted to sell balloons and do simple tricks. Training: 8 August,
by professional clown.
All suggestions are welcome to make our fair a success. Give your suggestions to

I would prefer surfing the Internet to gardening. There are reasons to support
my choice.
I am able to communicate with my friends through the Internet. I can make use
of the e-mail to send news to ask about their personal matters. Besides, I can also use
the chitchat facilities. This will save time as it is the fastest means of communication. I
can keep in touch with friends from all over the world faster than the ordinary mail.
By surfing through the Internet, I am able to keep up with the latest trends in
technology. I am always updated on current issues with only a click of the mouse. I can
also surf the Internet to find articles of my interest from education to documentaries and
entertainment.
In addition, I can improve my social skill by using the Internet. I learn to
interact with people and learn some netiquette (Internet manners) while communicating.
Moreover, I learn to be tactful all the time. When I am surfing the Internet, I must be
careful as I may be in contact with strangers from various backgrounds.
Therefore, I must be careful with whom I am in contact with. Lastly, I can also
build friendships with people from all parts of the world.Therefore, I prefer Internet
surfing to gardening.
