TECHNOLOGY COULD BE USEFUL FOR LEARNING A LANGUAGE?

In recent years technology has been considered one of the best ways and
resources for learning a language. Many people are disagreeing with use
technology to learn a language for different reasons. But is technology a bad idea
for learning a language?

According to many researchers’ technology offers unlimited resources to language

learners. Furthermore, most of this people agree with use technology to learn
because is most comfortable, is practical, provide learners quick information and
appropriate materials that motivate to learn more.

However, some people are realistic and point out that technology is not accessible
to others and many communities still do not even have access to the internet, or it
is impossible to acquire a device such as a computer because they are expensive.
They say it is possible that people will be learning a language without technology
successfully, so we should consider technology as just another resource and not
the best way to learn.

To conclude, technology is useful, it has many resources and ways to learn

depending on the interest, but not everyone has access to it. My own view is that
we can't depend only on technology, although it is a very good resource, there are
also other equally useful ways. Technology is not a limitation to learn, it’s very
likely that we will learn a language without the support of technology, but if we have
access to it, it is good to use it responsibly.
Arguments for Arguments against
Practical Not accessible
Comfortable Expensive
Unlimited resources No internet access
Materials to motivate Is possible learn without it
Quick information Just another resource
