Mughalsarai Division of East Central Railway, Bihar and Jharkhand, India" in package-1.

Subject: Regarding administration support required on dtd. 12.11.2022 for throughout the line
at LC-29.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject cited matter, we would like to inform you that on dated 20.07.2022 around
10:30 PM we are going to throughout the track at LC 29 in NBG-KYF section at Barun-Nabinagar Road

So for the above reason the undersigned would like to request you to arrange the permission from local
administration, RPF /SSE/P-way/S&T.

The traffic through the mentioned LC’s are going to be disrupted and the alternative path is not there to
divert and continue the vehicle movement. So vehicle movement through this LC will be totally stop during
work period for 6:00 Hrs.
