Dear Sir/Madam,

On 29th January, 2022 I bought two clothing items, a pair of white denim jeans and one
leather jacket, through a buy two for the price of one offer. Upon request a total sum of Rs.
600/- was paid via UPI payment to Laxmi Trading. After the payment was made, a DM was
sent via Instagram, “4 to 5 working days it will be delivered”, followed by “Your order is
confirmed it will be delivered soon”. Furthermore, I asked for a picture of the items before
delivery in order to verify the delivery of the products.

Unfortunately, the products were not delivered within 4 to 5 days and I sent a message via the
aforementioned mode of communication as well as, attempted to make multiple audio calls.
However, to no avail or response. Subsequently, I received an SMS from an independent
delivery organization named, ‘Xpress Bees’ on 2nd February, 2022. The SMS mentioned the
delivery code and informed me that my order was not able to be delivered. “Online shop not
fulfil as you want open delivery”. A contact number was stated for queries or customer care. I
made several calls to the former number, however, was reassured on multiple occasions that
the delivery would be made. On the last call made, dt. 23rd February, 2022 ,I was told that
the packages were revoked by the Online Store @shopp.your.way. The last message seeking
relief from the online store was on the 27th of February however, no reply was received
between 30th January, 2022 to 27th February, 2022.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a refund of the cost borne by me, i.e. a sum of Rs.
600/-. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait for 14 days
(until 30th of March,2022) for the resolution of my problem before seeking help from a
consumer protection agency or other assistance. Please contact me at the above address or by
