RENTAL AGREEMENT

The Rent Agreement is executed at Thiruvannamalai district, Vandavasi-604408 on


this 28th day of March 2022

Between:

Mr.Karthik, S/o, Siva Raja, residing at Door No. 46, KVT Nagar, First Cross Street,
Vandavasi-604408, Thiruvannamalai district, hereinafter called LANDLORD

Mr.Sarathbabu, S/o, Kuppusamy, residing at Door No. 41, KVT Nagar, First Cross
Street, Vandavasi-604408, Thiruvannamalai district, hereinafter called TENANT

WHEREAS Mr.Karthik, is the absulote owner with all rights of ownership and
possession of the Building Situated at 46, KVT Nagar, First Cross Street, Vandavasi-604408,
Thiruvannamalai district, The Tenant offered to take on rent the Premises for residential
purposes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENT AGREEMENT

1. The Landlord has agreed the Tenant to occupy at his premises

2. The Tenant has to pay Rs.7,500/- ( Rupee Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) as rent
before 5th of every month.

3. The Tenant has to pay Rs.40,000/- ( Rupees Forty Thousand only) as advance and it will
be refunded at the time of Vacation.

4. The Tenant has to bear the electricity charges and Municipal taxes.

5. That the Tenant shall not be entitled to make structure in the rented premises except the
installation of temporary decoration, wooden partition/ cabin, air – conditioners etc.
without the prior consent of the owner.

6. That the Tenant shall keep the said premises in clean & hygienic condition and shall not
do or causes to be done any act which may be a nuisance to other.

7. That the Tenant shall carry on all day to day minor repairs at his/her own cost.

8. That the Tenant shall pay the one month’s advance rent to the Landloard the same shall be
adjusted in monthly rent.

9. That both the parties have read over and understood all the contents of this agreement and
have signed the same without any force or pressure from any side.

10. This Rent Agreement is valid for 11 months, up to 27-Feb-2023

11. The Tenant hereby covenants with the Landlord not to sublet the portion leased to him.

12. The Tenant has to bear all kind of miscellaneous expenses which will occur during the
period of lease.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF WE, THE PARTIES HERETO, HAVE SET OUR HANDS
THIS DAY, MONTH AND YEAR FIRST ABOVE WRITTEN.
