HPTA MINUTES OF THE MEETING


Date: February 21, 2022
Place: Grade 9 – Diamond Room

The meeting started at 1 o’clock in the afternoon.

It was presided by Mrs. Johayma R. Fernandez.

There were 18 parents out of 33 who attended the meeting

It was started by an opening prayer led by Alma F. Tolentino, HPTA President


of Grade 9 – Diamond.

During the meeting, the following agenda were discussed:

1. Limited Face-to-Face Classes


2. New schedule for Distribution of Modules
3. Requirements of Students
4. Homeroom PTA project
5. Other matters

The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 PM.

Narrative Report of HPTA Meeting

The meeting started at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. There were 18 parents out of 33
who attended the meeting. It was started by an opening prayer led by Alma F.
Tolentino, our HPTA president.

During the meeting, the following agenda were discussed:


A. Limited face-to-face classes for the students.
The guidelines and requirements for the limited face-to-face classes were
introduced and explained well to the parents.
B. New schedule for Distribution of Modules.
The new schedule for distribution of modules was set.
C. Requirements of Students
It was also explained the importance of complying with the requirements given
by the teachers such as projects, written works, and performance tasks, as it
will affect their grades if they failed to do so.
D. Homeroom PTA project and other matters
The adviser discussed the certain issues inside the classroom and the parents
volunteered to donate minimal amount for the cost of repainting and improving
of the classroom to make it conducive in learning especially in the upcoming
limited face-to-face classes of the students.
It was also agreed by the parents that the students can help in cleaning the
classroom together with the adviser.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 PM.
