RP-48V-Li series lithium-ion ba ery is a series of 48V ba ery packs u lizing advanced LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate)
technology and smart integrated ba ery management system (BMS) with the benefits of long cycle life, light in weight
and compact in size, safety and environmental friendly. RP-48V-Li series lithium-ion ba ery can be used for a variety of
indoor or outdoor applica ons.

Sleep Mode for Power Saving


• When the external voltage is offline and there is no discharge, a er the dura on reaches 24h ( me is configurable),
the BMS automa cally enters the sleep state.

• The minimum voltage is lower than the individual over-discharge protec on value (se able) or the total voltage is
lower than the overall over-discharge protec on value (se able). A er 30s, it enters the under-voltage sleep mode.

• Force sleep through PC so ware control.

• When the BMS is in standby or working state, press the reset bu on for more than the specified me. A er releasing
the bu on, the BMS is dormant

1. Special Bolts and Screws


Special screws are used to assemble the modules and moun ng in the racks which can only be operated by special tools
which are not available in the market.

2. Lock ba ery through voltage and me judgement


If the voltage is lower by se ng and exceeds the se ng me, the BMS will run into lock mode, the ba ery can only
charge but cannot be discharged. BMS can be unlocked by PC-so ware only.

4. Lock ba ery through communica on


The module can communicate with SMPS (Switching Module Power Supply), if the communica on fails, the BMS will run
into lock mode. The ba ery can only charge, but cannot be discharged. The BMS can be unlocked by PC-so ware only.

5. Integrated with GPS Tracking System


A GPS module can be integrated inside the ba ery module. The GPS module will become ac ve when someone tries to
shake, move or take it out from a specific loca on. The GPS module will monitor longitude and la tude and will send a
message to specific mobile phone number or report to the pla orm for user to trace the ba ery loca on.
