Smart hints how to connect to ZAIN over Yuvo VPN

Updated :05/05/2021, add VPN URL instead of IP

Please open Cisco AnyConnect client in your laptop,

1- In the field next to Connect button, please input the below URL: vpn.yuvo.net
2- The SW will be automatically upgraded to version 4.8. After it finishes, it will continue the
connection process. This will not need any admin password.

User name : name.familyname

Passwd : p@sss
3- Please ignore this message and push Connect Anyway

4- If you are blocked, because of this security alert, please click on Advanced Settings and
uncheck the Block Connections to untrusted servers as shown here:
5- Please uncheck the box, if checked.

6- Press click Connect.

7- Please note, you will not be able to change this passwd, and keep it private and
confidential.

8- If connection does not work, check below hints:

a. If connection fails, check the login/password are correct

b. If connection loops: connect…re-connect…connect...re-connect… Stop and
check your internet wifi, try to use other source and see.
c. If problem still persists, you can raise ticket to it@yuvo.net with descriptive title
and snapshot.
