approximately 500 kg (1100 lbs) of fuel have been used i.e.: under full

The Integrated Drive Generator (IDG) oil is cooled by the fuel; a RTT CLOSURE
recirculation system is installed. To provide adequate cooling of the IDG
oil the Return to Tank (RTT) solenoid valve is used. The RTT provides The Return To Tank (RTT) valve solenoid controls the bypass directional

if the pressure increases, fuel bleeds through the valve into the outer cell. FUEL FLOW TEMPERATURE
The check valve prevents fuel flow from the wing tank to the engine The RTT valve closes if the RTT fuel flow temperature is greater than

As long as the fuel is being delivered from the center tank, the wing tanks
are still full and will tend to overfill, as the returned fuel is delivered to
the wings tanks. In that case the center tank pump stops when the inner
cell reaches the FULL level. The wing tank pumps will operate until

The RTT valve closes if the speed of N2 is below idle except during
a wet crank or during power-up self-test or interactive tests that check
the RTT system.
