1.Differentiate instrumental and hostile aggression and give an example situation?

Hostile and Instrumental aggressions as forms of aggression are different because of their
goals. In Hostile Aggression, the goal is to harm someone triggered by an emotional reaction.
On the other hand, instrumental aggression wants to achieve something and is not about
emotional responses at all.

2.Assume that you belong to any sports.How can you manage your aggression during the game
if you notice that the other players keep on shouting at you?
I will stay calm and don't feed into their anger.
