ACTIVITY 1:
References: Vocabulary : Jobs, Unit 6 page 69
Instructions : Grade 7 students are very playful and keen with class
activities that will engage them online. Thus, I have decided to make
a warmer activity on JOBS before reading the text on page 69.
ACTIVITY 2:
Instructions : Instead of just a normal question and answer activity, I have made it
more exciting and digitalized. Students will be given the link or
QR code.
Students will be directed to Mentimeter site and will be prompted with
the question “What’s your dream job? Why?”. This activity will also
help students formulate their ideas prior to the speaking
activity.
This will save students from stage fright or shyness. Once all students
have made their contribution, the teacher shows the responses on the
screen and will have a discussion and sharing among students. Each one
will be given the chance to share their dream job and tell the reason
why he or she has chosen the job.

Teacher’s View of the Question
Instructions : Blooket is one of the online quiz app that students love to play. This
app gives students the autonomy of their learning. It also challenges
learners to make the best decisions to win and score high in
this online quiz.
So, before the Blooket quiz, teacher plays the audio of the Tariq and
Mari’s conversation. Students are encouraged to take notes as they
will be answering comprehension questions related to the audio
listened.
