Lifting Plan For Membarane Skid
1. Adequate PPE include hard hat, Safety glasses, face shield, coverall with long sleeves,
steel toad safety shoes, appropriate gloves, dust mask (if req) and ear plug ( Other PPE
to be worn as per job requirement).
2. The workers will be made aware of safety requirement related to this activity through
toolbox.
3. Fire stand by and fire prevention precaution as required for hot work will be implemented.
4. All equipment will be inspected by HSE/PROJECT prior to use and inspection record will
be in access.
5. Good Housekeeping should be maintained at site.
6. Fire extinguisher should be available at working area.
7. All waste material should be segregated and ensure proper housekeeping at all times of
the activities and avoid any tripping hazards / blocking of emergency access points.

8. PROCEDURE
9. DE-RIGGING
1. The alignment, placement of load and its leveling on the foundation will be confirmed by
mechanical erection team.
2. The slings will then be removed from the lifting eyes of the equipment.
3. The lifting crane will lower the slings to the ground.
1. All lifting equipment’s, accessories, Operators & Riggers shall have valid 3rd party
certificates and are physically inspected prior to use & crane operator must have been
HTV license.
2. A Job safety analysis (JSA) / Task risk assessment (TRA) shall be prepared.
3. All personnel involved in the lifting shall have HSE induction.
4. Rigging activity shall be performed in a professional manner with acceptable
workmanship.
5. All equipment installation works shall be performed in a manner to mitigate the adverse
effects of the environmental condition.
6. All the construction material and tools etc shall be removed from lifting site except those
required for lifting, tightening and leveling on foundation.
7. Lifting area will be properly barricaded and no unauthorized person shall be allowed
accept rigging personnel.
8. All lifting activities shall carried out under the PTW.
9. All personnel involved will have personnel protective equipment's and will have
completed the safety induction for the site.
10. Provision of Ambulance for any unforeseen shall be made at an appropriate place close
to lifting area.
