Subject: Recommended option for safety and charity work

Dear Board Members,

First of all I want to present myself. My name is Simeon Ionut and I’m Team
Leadear at West Block. I’m writing this email to suggest some of my favourit
option for developing a safety and conciuos culture within Transco.
We decided to choose the Safety Charity Challenge and for this option that we’ve
made I want present the reason wich lead us to this decision.
Because the failluring of our all traditional solution we reinforce a positive
action scheme wich it’s based on cheaper solution and if somebody will came with
an successful idea , staff will both see an identifiable improvement in safety and a
contribution to there chosen and charity.
The idea it’s for now in an early stage but if we need a quick solution for our
problems we have to apply even if will have an dramatic impact.
