Aubrey Anne Sanchez

DO THESE!

1. In a maximum of 5 paragraphs, make an argumentative speech about the current issues our
country is facing. You are free to choose your topic and present your arguments
comprehensively.

Recently, the entire world has been subjected to a dramatic shift. COVID 19 has caused a
pandemic that has affected people all over the world. Many things have changed, including the
typical nature of work, the pace of economics, and even the new practice of education. The
question is, can people cope with the education system in this new normal?

Nothing is impossible for someone who is willing to bend for the sake of many.

Without the equal cooperation of teachers, parents, and students, the Philippines' new normal
education is in jeopardy. Without the involvement of parents, teachers and students may not be
able to provide a high-quality education. Everyone must have a role to play and must take their
responsibilities seriously. Even in the most basic ways, parents' primary goals are to monitor,
motivate, and guide their children. Giving their children more opportunities to explore things on
their own in their "class-home" is now considered essential.

Is the new normal education equitable to economically disadvantaged students? The

Department of Education devised a solution to meet the needs of learners regardless of their
current status. The DepEd chose the most appropriate blended learning approach, in which
learners are given equal opportunity to select their preferred learning modality.

Is it necessary for parents to spend extra money on this? It's not much. Is it necessary for the
students to be online 24/7? No, time management is the most effective. Does this necessitate
extra effort on the part of the students? Yes, as is customary and expected of students. Is it
necessary for learners to take responsibility for their own learning? Yes, definitely!

More options, if they enjoy the internet and have unlimited fast internet access, online learning
may be a good option for them. Furthermore, if learners prefer printed learning materials, the
Self Learning Modules (SLM) would be ideal for them.

As you can see, today's education is for everyone. It's both comfortable and appropriate. Even
though it's time-consuming, it's also rewarding. No one is left behind; we all heal and stand
together.
