 Business - free trade within eu reduces barriers and enables companies to grow
 Jobs - millions of jobs are linked to europe

 Sovereignity - britain will have more control of its laws and regulations without the risk of having
counter intuitive european policies forcefully imposed
 Security - some in the leave camp believe that britains domestic security could benefits from full
border controls which it would hope to gain outside the EU
 Money - eu membership fees amounting to billions could be repurposed and spent on issues
that matter most to the british people
 Trade - membership in the eu keeps britain from fully capitalizing on trade with other major
economies such as japan, india and us
 Jobs- improved global trade agreements and more selective immigration could have a positive
effect on the british job market

A report from CBS News stated that one of the major reasons why majority of the people voted for
brexit is to take control once again or to take they country back.

i thought the idea was right

For joining a union
I was hoping for a future that’s bright
For the welfare of my nation

But I was wrong, I was blinded

I was jailed and restrained
My actions were totally restricted
I’m unaware of what I gained

It was not as good as I thought it would be

Beneficial you can say, but it’s more of prohibition
The hope for my people, I could hardly see
Where did I go wrong to reach this ambition

Topic: should the United Kingdom leave the European union?

Proposition: good morning everyone and the panelists. Yes. I think UK should leave the European
union for various reasons. Firstly, if United Kindom leave the European union, it will have more
control of its laws and regulations without the risk of having counter intuitive European policies
forcefully imposed. Secondly, Britain’s domestic security could benefit from full border controls
which it would hope to gain outside the European union

Opposition: [raises hand] question!

Proposition: no thank you! So, thirdly, EU membership fees amounting to billions could be
repurposed and spent on issues that matter most to the British people. And lastly, improved global
trade agreements and more selective immigration could have a positive effect on the British job
market.

Opposition: in my side, I think The United Kindom should not leave the European Union because of
many reasons. First , Europe invest billions of pounds in the UK every year, both in public and private
sector. This can help UK for their economic development. Second, EU membership provides Britain
access to the European single market which is valuable for trade and enables the easy movement of
goods, services, and people across member states

Opposition: no thank you! As I was saying, the third reason would be trading. Free trade within eu
reduces barriers and enables companies to grow. Fourth ,a union better equips Britain to tackle
threats to security and the last reason why UK should not leave the European union is about the
millions of job opportunities that Europe can provide to UK.
