Partas Terms and Conditions
1. FOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD VIA PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS: If you are not a passenger of the booked
trip, passengers are STRICTLY REQUIRED to leave a copy of the CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HOLDER'S
VALID ID and front copy of the CREDIT/DEBIT CARD used to support@biyaheroes.com at least
24hrs before your trip or we will cancel your reservation and refund your payment. Please
understand that this security protocol is for your safety and security, and we are doing this to
protect your transactions.
2. If you will choose to settle via over-the-counter bank deposit, payment center, 7-Eleven or malls,
payment must be settled within 24 hours upon booking. This is strictly implemented, and settling at
a later time may risk chosen seats from being reopened.
3. Strictly Arrive before your check-in time to secure your tickets and process your check-in baggage,
if any. PTCI reserves the right to offload passengers for failure to arrive on time and/or presentation
of identification documents.
4. Important: No printed voucher, no trip! Seats will be forfeited and cancellation charge of 25% will be
implemented. Present your printed reservation voucher to the ticketing booth to exchange it with
your bus ticket/s. PTCI reserves the right to reseat passengers in the event of bus type substitution,
or for safety, security, regulatory and operational reasons.
5. PTCI Ticketing Personnel may check your reservation details and identification. Bring a
government-issued ID and all other relevant ID (proof of Senior Citizenship or as Student) for
verification. Students must present proof of enrollment/registration for the semester upon check in
or the fare difference from the regular fare will be charged. Student discount doesn't apply to post
graduate students, those taking masteral and doctorate studies and foreign students who are not
studying in the Philippines.
6. For load planning, it is best to declare the quantity of your baggages. Depending on load volume,
one piece handcarry baggage small enough for stowing in the overhead bins is allowed. Freight
charges may apply for excess or voluminous luggages stowed in the bus compartment
7. 10% Rebooking Fee is applied for every successful rebooking of reservations. This is subject to
availability of seats. Latest time to rebook is one hour before the original departure date and time.
Rebookings cannot be open-dated. Changing of route and bus type is not applicable in rebooking.
8. 25% Penalty Fee is applied for every cancellation of reservation or no-show. From the date of
departure, an additional 3 days window is given for cancellations. After this period, no more
refunds will be given.
9. Service charge and payment processing fee for online reservations are non-refundable.
10. In compliance with LTFRB and the Animal Welfare Act, PTCI does not allow transport of live
animals of any kind, except fowls and other house pets, ie., dogs, cats, hamsters, etc. They will be
allowed provided that these conditions are complied with or satisfied: 1. They are allotted with their
own seat beside the owner and this is only for the last three rows of the bus. 2. Securely kept, and
should comfortably fit in a carriage (carton box with holes for fowls). 3. A Waiver of No Claim shall
be submitted to us, as we will not be held liable for any untoward incident involving the animal. 4.
For pet dogs and cats, travel should be a) supported by a Permit to Travel from the Bureau of
Animal Industry and an updated vaccination certificate, b) should be wearing a diaper or a muzzle,
c) should be 2 months old and above, d) must have eaten already at least 6 hours before travel, e)
must have taken a potty before the bus ride, e) must buy a full-fare, separate seat for the pet and
should be seated by the window side, f) we will also have to ask the other passengers if they are
okay travelling on the same bus with a pet. If they are not okay, traveler with the pet should be
bumped off to the next trip until all passengers in the same bus agree. g) the traveler with a pet will
also have the last priority for the departing bus. PTCI also do not want to sacrifice the convenience,
comfort and safety of other passengers, so those with pet animals will have to board last (if all
passengers agreed to travel with a pet on board). Fowls, on the other hand, will be loaded inside
the bus' belly compartments. It is best to ship fowls during night trips.
11. Trip schedules and bus assignments may change without prior notice. This may be due to
unforeseen weather changes, road and traffic conditions, holidays, maintenance and security
measures.
12. Unless declared as a student with a student ID, children six years old and above will be charged the
regular fare.
13. Failure to choose the correct passenger type during the booking process would automatically be
subjected to regular fares.
14. Rebooking and cancellation requests can only be processed during office hours, 9AM-9PM. Please
email your request to support@biyaheroes.com. For phone inquiries, you may call (0917) 535-1501
from 12NN to 9PM (local Philippine time), Monday-Sunday.
15. Price may change without prior notice.
16. Please ensure that you have read the above mentioned terms and conditions for travel, and other
important notices prior to the commencement of your travel.
17. Partas and Biyaheroes will not be held liable for damages, inconvenience, delay, or expense arising
from the passenger's negligence or failure to comply with all required COVID-19 prevention
guidelines, medical check-up, and documentary requirements by the IATF, LTFRB, DOTr, and Local
Government Units. Passengers shall be solely responsible for knowing and securing all
requirements to enter the jurisdiction of a local government unit.

avoid delays or any inconvenience.

Student discount is not applicable/allowed for the super deluxe bus type. Fare difference will be charged
at the terminal.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for cancelled online bookings are processed every Thursday and Friday and subject to a
Php25.00 processing fee to be deducted from the amount that will be refunded. The window of time to
request for a cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions of PTCI. After requesting for a
cancellation that fulfills the terms and conditions of PTCI, a window of only 30 days is given from the
original date of departure to provide your required deposit details for Biyaheroes to process the refund;
any later is forfeiture for any refund claim.

For the transactions made by our booking partners, kindly contact them directly so they can assist you
immediately.

Chosen payment option in Biyaheroes cannot be changed once redirected to Dragonpay. This may result
to separate added charges or an invalid booking.
