IntelliBuddies® is a Rapid Digital Automation platform that comes bundled with all the
essential tools and technologies for automating your front and back-office operations.
IntelliBuddies® comes with a large set of instrumental activity libraries to help you
rapidly design your automation workflows. Further, it provides a built-in intelligent
automation framework with AI and machine learning capabilities. The platform also
provides a Process Designer tool to orchestrate the flow of work across humans,
buddies, and systems to enable enterprises to define end-to-end automation. Further,
the platform provides a Control Room Portal for enterprises to manage their buddies
regarding their security, scheduling, orchestrating, reporting, and auditing. Overall,
IntelliBuddies® would help enterprises automate both rule-based and knowledge-

Process Designer

IntelliBuddies® provides a Process Designer tool through which an Enterprise can

define what their Buddies need to do. Our Process Designer tool is very user intuitive. It
would hardly take hours to digitize the process using our platform for the enterprise
user familiar with the business process. You can drag and drop from our rich set of
activities and build your process workflow quickly. It provides robust features to
reduce the development cycle and easily manage your process resources.
Buddy
IntelliBuddies® Buddy is your virtual workforce. You need to show or train your
Buddies what to do, and then they will do their work 24/7 with the same accuracy and
without getting tired. They can interact with any system or application the same way
you do. Further, our Buddies can learn. They can also be cloned. You can start, stop,
and scale your Buddies on demand, eliminating the time to hire, train, and onboard
them onto the job.

IntelliBuddies® provides two types of Buddies: Smart and Assistant.

Smart Buddy
IntelliBuddies® Smart Buddy executes your unassisted end-to-end process automation.
It can log in to the assigned Smart Station and perform its tasks.

Assistant Buddy
IntelliBuddies® Assistant Buddy can be your Assistant executing all your automation
that needs human assistance. It will reside on the individual user's system and run the
automation on that system.
Control Room
IntelliBuddies® Control Room is a web portal through which an Enterprise can control,
manage, analyze, and audit its automation.

Trainer Buddy
IntelliBuddies® Trainer Buddy allows you to train your buddies using OCR technology,
to make them understand, classify, and extract data from various document formats. It
uses, as of now, the Tesseract OCR engine for achieving OCR capabilities. It comes with
an easy-to-use UI through which any business user can create a template-based
document classification and data extraction. The trained data can then be directly fed
into Buddy through activity to use this training to classify and extract data from
dynamic documents that it would be processing.

IntelliBuddies® Activity Library

IntelliBuddies® comes with a package of a large set of instrumental Activities, which
the enterprises could selectively adopt based on their need for the current existing
processes. Here are a few of the Key classifications of Activities:
ETL Activities

Data is the single most important entity in any enterprise. Our ETL Activity provides an
easier and more efficient way of extracting data from one system and loading it onto
another. It supports heterogeneous data systems, including Excel, DBs, CSVs, PDFs,
HTML, ERPs, CRMs, Office-365, Google Drive, JSON, YAML, and many others. It can
then optionally perform customized transformation before loading into the target
system, an application form, or another data system.
Email Activities

Our Buddies can be configured to listen to your mail servers (POP or IMAP), read
emails, analyze contents, process attachments, and respond (SMTP) with appropriate
answers.
UI Automation Activities

Enterprises can use these activities to automate user interfaces: both web and desktop
applications. Our UI-based element selectors will further simplify the creation of such
automation.

Virtualize Application Automation Activities

Enterprises can use these activities to perform automation on hosted applications on

virtualization servers such as Citrix and Parallels.
Document Processing Activities

IntelliBuddies® Document Processing Activities enables you to integrate document

classification and extraction models. You can use the IntelliBuddies® Trainer Buddy
component to build template-based document classification and extraction models
using OCR capabilities.
AI/ML Activities

IntelliBuddies® provides AI-based activities so that our Buddies can be intelligent to

make decisions and learn from previous mistakes. While traditional RPA can work with
structured and semi-structured data, we have introduced activities through which our
Buddies can seamlessly work with unstructured data. Here are a few of the AI-based
activity libraries that are part of our rich catalog, along with our other standard RPA-
based activities:

• Azure and AWS Cognitive Services Activities

Activities to connect and work with Azure and AWS Language and Forms
Cognitive services. These activities allow Buddies to understand various
languages and identify the needed information from your emails and
documents. It also enables our Buddies to intelligently classify the documents
and extract the data from multiple commonly used documents such as Invoices,
Receipts, and many others.
• Build Your ML Model Activities
Our Buddies can use these Machine Learning activities to build ML models
based on your data and utilize the model for future processing.
