PRACTICE INSTRUCTIONS.

Remember there are different actions you can practice.

Get close up (go near to)

Get close up to a lion - repeat

I’d love to get close up to a lion - repeat

I’d love to get close up to a lion - Substitute another animal for lion

You might say


I’d love to get close up to a tiger
I’d love to get close up to an elephant

You should say

You might give more context and say


In most zoos, the cages have been too cramped for a long time

I don’t like zoos, because the cages are too cramped- what about you?

Extinction (to no longer exist, to die out)

In danger of extinction - repeat

Many animals are in danger of extinction - repeat

Many animals are in danger of extinction - say the opposite

You might say


Few animals are in danger of extinction
Many animals aren’t in danger of extinction
Many animals are safe from extinction

Many animals are in danger of extinction - use a synonym of extinction

You might say


Many animals are in danger of dying out
Many animals are in danger of disappearing

We should protect all animals that are in danger of extinction - what do you think?
