Job Purpose
To provide requisite administrative support for handling various student activities across
PGP suite programmes.
Job Outline
The primary role of the job holder is to perform a set of key responsibilities to coordinate,
support and assist in various student engagement activities of the SEAL department.
S/he has to work closely with the students of PGP and support them in organizing
various co-curricular activities.
The job holder will have to provide support in various marquee events such as,
Leadership Summit, Artha, Advaita, Club Conclaves, etc.
The jobholder needs to work with Commercials, Finance and Operations departments for
selecting vendors, raising purchase orders, and provide various facilities.
The jobholder needs to make all arrangements for registration, orientation and other
marquee events with zero errors.
The jobholder needs to complete processing of all PRs, NPOs and other department bills.
The incumbent needs to interact with ASA, IT, Operations and other relevant
departments for various events organized throughout the tenure.
S/he should collaborate with the team at Mohali campus to ensure that the activities
common across the campuses are handled smoothly and are in tandem.
