Surface must be thoroughly
cleaned, free of dust, grease etc and
washed well with water. The
surface to be checked for cracks,
hollowness and loose plastered
areas etc if any. All loose plaster
and cracks larger than 10 mm width
to be repaired with polymer
modified mortar using Dr Fixit
Pidicrete URP. The cracks up to 5
mm to be treated with Dr Fixit
Crack-X Paste and the larger ones
up to 10 mm with DrFixit Crack-X
Shrinkfree/ Pidicrete URP

2 Internal :-
Thoroughly scrapping and cleaning 6000 Sqft 18 1,08,000.00

scaffolding, preparing the surface
by scrapping, brushing and booming
down existing paint providing and
applying two coats of approved
paint over a priming [base coat],
including labour material, tools,
