Abstract:
The novel design of TO, based two-dimensional array of
cubes is investigated to study transmission spectrum in
different environment. The resonance dips show red shift
(on increasing the refractive index of surrounding of cubs
in dielectric metasurface. Refractive index sensor of figure
lof merit (FOM) 25 is achieved which Is higher than metal
based metasurface at visible wavelength.

Plasmonic Waveguide by Controlled
NDA-PP-12
Abstract:
The optical loss is compensated for tightly confined
hybrid plasmonic mode in dielectric layer of 10-nm using
contolled electron injection. The electron tunneling by
band bending of high index layer of InGaP and leaky
optical mede coupled with plasmonic mode provide low
loss plasmonic device with smaller mode area of 1/200
The InGaP provide larger tunneling current compared to
silicon for loss compensation of guided mode, The phase
modulation provides 670-urn of Pi shift wavelength
optical gain of 239 d8/cm of intensity. The proposed device
can be used in the application of optical interconnects and,
