01 Reflection Activity 1

My main argument is that while globalization benefits us, it also has the potential to
harm us all.

These advantages of globalization come first. Simply put, the benefit of globalization is
the increased connectivity of nations due to various trade and partnerships. Additionally,
it increases the chances for others to find employment. An further benefit of
globalization is that it increases competition, which expands the market. The second is
the harm that globalization has done to us. The possibility of virus exposure when
traveling. We are all aware that the pandemic is the present issue we are dealing with.

The rapid spread of viruses that harm us, particularly in terms of our health, is a result of
globalization. On the other hand, deforestation, climate change, and ozone depletion
are adverse effects. It is as a result of the structures, factories, and other commercially
oriented facilities. As a result, I favor globalization from an economic and partnership
standpoint as a student, but I disagree with the idea that doing so is necessary to create
a better world. What a cruel irony. Let’s not forget that there are both advantages and
disadvantages to globalization. It relies on how individuals respond to all future
possibilities. These are just some of the disadvantages of globalization for us.

My main argument is that while globalization benefits us, it also has the potential to
harm us all.
