Step 1: Enter this URL: https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.

in/
Step 2: Enter “Login Credentials (User ID, Password and District)”
First Time User – (Follow below steps for registration)
A) Click the link “New User? Register Here.”
B. Select any one mode from below given options to create user name and password
i.e. User ID and Password by verifying UID or Create own user profile using OTP
verification on your mobile number.
C. Please fill below mention information to create “User Name” and “Password”
through profile using OTP verification on your mobile number.
Aaple Sarkar Registration form in 6 steps i.e.
1. Applicant Detail
2. Applicant's Address [As per document]
3. Mobile No. & Username Verification
4. Upload Photograph
5. Proof of Identity (Any -1)
6. Proof of Address (Any -1)
Upload Photo and Document which is required and then click on “Register” button.
After login with the User Name & Password on the portal, on left side user can see
Department names like Agriculture, Home Department, Industries Energy and Labor
Department.

Step 3: Double click on “Industries, Energy and Labour Department” form left side.
Step 4: Select “Energy Department” from Sub Department and then click on the
“Proceed” button.
Step 5: Select “Permission for charging of electrical Installation” and then click the
“Proceed” button.
Step 6 : Below Dashboard will open and then click on the “Permission for
charging of electrical installation”.
Step 7: Select Application Form A, B or C from given forms for installation
Step 8 : Fill Application form and the required fields.

Note: All the fields with the sign (*) are mandatory to be filled.
Step 9: Enter details for equipment inspection and click on “Add” button to add the
details .List of equipment details will be add and show in table as below. Then click on “I
Agree” check box and “Submit” the application.
Step 10: After clicking on the “Submit” ,below notification will be shown. Click on the “Save”
button to confirm and save.

Note : Check and confirm details entered in the application before submitting the application.
Step 11: After successful submission of application, below message will be displayed.
Application id for your application will be displayed as shown below, note down the
Application Id and click on the “OK” button.
Step 12: Check the Instructions for Photo and Signature upload and then upload the
Photo and Signature.

To crop the Photo and Signature click on the link highlighted below.
Upload all the Required Documents and then Click on the “Submit” button.
Documents should be uploaded as per below given format.

• Document Format should be JPEG/ PDF.


• The size of the documents between 75 KB to 100 KB.
Step 13: After uploading documents successfully below message will be
displayed now click on “OK” button and proceed further to make Payment.
Step 14: Payment can be done Online or by E- Challan, select payment method and
click “Confirm” and make payment for the application. Payment receipt will be
available for download once the payment is completed.
Once the process is completed, status of your application ID will be displayed as
“Under Scrutiny” in the user dashboard. Please Check and confirm the same.
