    This scope item describes employee requisitioning activities. An employee creates a shopping cart for free
    text material. A purchase requisition is generated and converted to a purchase order. If the value exceeds
    certain criteria, the purchase order must be approved. When the employee receives the goods, they perform
    a goods receipt confirmation. Invoice receiving can then be performed.

    1. To open the app, select the Create Purchase Requisition tile.

    2. Choose Create Own Item.

    3. Enter Office Supplies as the short text and select the Material Group field.

    4. Enter YBMM00 as the material group and select the Valuation Price field.

    5. Enter 100 as the valuation price and select the Price Unit field.

    6. Enter 1 as the price unit and select the Unit of Measure field.

    7. Enter EA as the unit of measure and select the Quantity Requested field.

    8. Enter 100 as the quantity requested and open the Delivery Date date picker.

    9. Select December 27, 2021.

    10. To add a source of supply, choose Add.

    11. Enter 17300002 as the supplier and select Fixed.

    16. To view the item, choose the arrow.

    The Purch. Organization, Company Code, and Plant fields are populated automatically.

    18. Enter K as the account assignment category and select the scroll bar to scroll down.

    20. Enter 17101101 as the cost center and press Enter.
