I claim that Chicken Adobo would be ideal


lunch/brunch for school. The evidence to support
my claim is that food has 21 numbers of grams of
proteins and has 1 number of grams of
carbohydrates.

The reason why I chose the food is that


Chicken Adobo is a great food to eat while dieting
as it contains a large amount of protein with fats
and carbs making up a small portion of its
calories. This allows for more flexibility in your
diet which translates to better results and
tremendous health benefits.
