PROCEDURE
TITLE PROCEDURE IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF PRE – PRACTICUM TEST
SCOPE This covers the procedures in the administration of Pre-Practicum
Test for students enrolled in Teaching Internship and Related
Learning Experience (RLE) subjects.

PROCEDURE
TASK DETAILS:
Submit list of students; request schedule
 The Chairperson shall submit to the Guidance office the list of students who will
undergo the teaching internship/related learning experience.
 S/He shall also request the schedule of conducting the PERMA Well-Being Survey
in the form of Pre-Practicum Test to be given to the said students.

Schedule Pre-Practicum Test


 The Guidance and Counseling Center (GCC) Staff shall schedule Pre-Practicum Test
with the approval of the Dean of Colleges.
 S/He shall ask permission from the PMO and ITSO to use the computer laboratory.

Administer Pre-Practicum Test (BEC–FO–GSS–18)


 The GCC Staff shall administer the Pre-Practicum Test by using the PERMA Well-
Being Survey (BEC–FO–GSS–18) on the approved schedule using the online platform.
 S/He shall secure the registration form of the students before taking the test.

Extract and consolidate the data


 The GCC Staff shall extract and consolidate the data from the online platform
(Google Form) to get the result of the test.
Interpret the result of the test (BEC-FO-GSS-19)
 The Assistant Guidance Coordinator / Wellness Facilitator shall interpret the result of
the test of each students by using Microsoft Excel.

Review and check the result


 The Guidance Counselor shall check and review the result of test.
Release and explain the result (BEC-FO-GSS-20)
 Once approved by the Guidance Counselor, the Assistant Guidance Coordinator /
Wellness Facilitator shall release the Pre-Practicum Result Form (BEC-FO-GSS-20)
and explain it to the students.

DEFINITION OF TERMS:

Google Form. It is one of the features in the Google Classroom to be used in conducting Pre-
Practicum Test.

PROCEDURE
PERMA Well-Being Survey. It is a survey to determine the well-being of the BEC students
who are enrolled in the teaching internship/ related learning experience subject. The survey
is based from the PERMA model of an American psychologist and educator Martin Seligman.
This model represents for Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and
Accomplishments that understands the individual to continuously seek for what makes
them happy and well-rounded persons.

Pre- Practicum Test. It is a form of test used in PERMA well-being survey to be given to the
students enrolled in teaching internship/related learning experience subject.

Compliance To Data Privacy Act


 All records shall be protected from any possible scenario of being unintendedly
divulged to other unauthorized individual/ partner.
