SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I/We, Hazel Joy Castillo, Single, Filipino with residence and postal address at 2303 Eglinton
Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada M1K2N6 do hereby name, constitute, and appoint
Rona Mae Castillo, Single, of legal age, Filipino, with residence address at Purok 2-A Barangay
Roosevelt, Dinalupihan, Bataan, Philippines, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT
for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent Me/Us before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Trade
and Industries (DTI), Municipal/Provincial/City Government of Olongapo and/or before
such other government agencies as may be necessary for the purpose of facilitating the
process of Business Permit and Certificate of Registration Application.
2. To Process and facilitate payment of taxes and registration fees for the filing of
application for the issuance of Business Permit and Certificate of Registration
Application;
3. To sign, execute and deliver whatsoever agreements, instruments, papers, or documents,
and to perform such other acts and deeds as he may deem necessary and desirable in
furtherance thereof;
4. To submit, receive, or obtain the relevant documents such as but not limited to Business
Permit, Clearances, Certificates of Registration and similar documents to/from the
appropriate government agencies to effect the application and registration of Business
under my/our name;
5. To do and perform any all other lawful act and deeds necessary to undertake the
execution and finalization of Business Registration.
6. To open a Business Passbook Account under my company name.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power
and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary,
or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully for all intents and purposes and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
