The purpose of these bulletins is to keep all DPX Series trained personnel
informed of enhancements and known issues within the DPX Series of products
that affect installation, training and service.

Please note that DPX-NT is covered in the DPX-NT / PRODIGY CSB and that
the items in this bulletin do not apply to DPX-NT.

Pick list shipped with all systems D00052

All systems shipped from LUNAR will be shipped with the scanner’s pick
list. The pick list is a detailed list of all components shipped with the
scanner. The purpose of the pick list is to insure that all items are
accounted for at the time of delivery.

Scanner receiving procedure

1. Upon the delivery of a scanner, the installer should pull out the
pick list, it can be found in the destination kit box along with the
manuals.
2. Use the pick list to insure that all items shipped are present.
3. Check off items on the pick list as they are located.
4. Be sure to check all cartons for items shipped.
5. Include the pick list with the installation report for the scanner. It
has been added to the required paper work for an install.

If any items listed on the pick list are not present, re-check all cartons and
then report the discrepancy to the DOA hotline at 608-826-7239.
