    Reflection in NSTP 1 (Clean-up Drive)

    Our last requirement in NSTP 1 subject was the clean-up drive. In this activity, our
    professor tasked us to clean and plant the Santan in our respective areas. This
    culminating activity was a fun and fulfilling day for me since I spent time with my college
    friends and helped each other finish our tasks. At first, we put all the dried leaves in the
    trash bin, and then we started planting. Reflecting on this activity, I realize how
    important it is to take care of our environment. We should be responsible in every
    action, especially when it concerns nature. This activity also exercises our bodies which
    can help improve our immune system. This activity promotes taking care of our
    environment, and the importance of performing physical activities because having a
    healthy mind and body is essential to becoming a productive citizen.
