Dear Sir/Madame:
As we all know, Christmas is a time of sharing, forgiving and happiness, as
part of extending our heartfelt gratitude, the St. Paul Parish choirs would like to
hold a Christmas caroling on your household to extend our blessings to you and
your family through singing songs of Christmas carols, and solicit any assistance
that you can provide us in our endeavor to help our choir raise funds for the
betterment of it, so as to continue to promote the value of spiritual, liturgical, and
musical growth among everyone interested, especially among the youth. We
would be very grateful to receive your donation, in cash or in kind.
Let us redeem the true meaning of Christmas and understand the spirit of
giving and sharing. Let us then appreciate the significance of Jesus’ birth- even

We are all getting together to do Christmas Caroling few days. Would like to
hold the caroling from December 5 to December 14 at 6:00 onwards. We seek
your permission to enter your subdivision. We would like to inform you that since
it is a caroling there will be music but we assure you of full decorum by our
guests. We also promise that the place will not be left in a mess and we will clear
it of all litter before we leave. We hope you will give us the permission requested.
On behalf the ST. PAUL PARISH and its MINISTRY ON LITURGICAL MUSIC, we
wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Sincerely yours,
